Broadway

About the Project

Broadway is high-end San Francisco living with a little Bohemian Grove in its blood. Art and history aren’t saved for special occasions here. They’re for Tuesday.

The couple left their home country ten years ago, and it changed everything. What they wanted was simple: let the original builders’ work shine. The architecture and the craftsmanship are the prized possessions. We just set the table.

So we went easy. A ribbon of blackened steel coils down the stairwell, a tufted leather daybed hangs from the ceiling, and a spiral of lit rings floats overhead. Everything else stays out of the way, so the empty space is as worth looking at as the view.
